Individualized Learning Plan (ILP)
Every student can benifit from having clear educational goals and objectives. The ILP starts in 6th grade, and is updated throughout middle school. The ILP process is designed to help students define clear goals and develop a plan to help them achieve their goals. The ILP is completed within the WISCareers website.
